FALL FISHING TIPS

Fall is finally here and fish are aggressively feeding to prepare for the winter months ahead. Look to fish streamers during and after a rain or just right at dusk.

Be aware of fall hatches. Many caddis and other insects are still coming off the water during this time but it will be a short window of opportunity.

Go smaller. Nymphing will still be the most productive method of fishing during this time but you might have to downsize your fly size. The big bugs of spring and summer are long gone.

Good luck & tight lines!
